- Why do you recommend hand washing my items only?

This is due to their delicate nature and to preserve the life of your item. If you were to put your piece in the dishwasher or microwave their is potential to fade and damage the glaze and colours.
- What if my item arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with a photo and we will refund the entire cost of your item.Alternatively we can offer to replace the piece. In order to replace your item please note this could take up to six weeks.
- Can I return my item?

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for a change of mind.
