We recommend always handwashing. They are like small pieces of art and this will help to preserve the life of your piece.
- What if my item arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with a photo and we will refund the entire cost of your item. Alternatively we can offer to replace the piece. In order to replace your item please note this could take up to six weeks.
- Can I return my item?
